hunting season

im starting my preparation to hunt white tail deer once again   :)
the farm i hunt on has a small herd of Doe and at least one six point buck running around.
soon i will start descenting my gear and preparing for the early morning hunts.
hopefully it will get colder overnight and during the day soon.

muscle spasms and medicine

well my left shoulder is hurting...   doctor put me on muscle relaxer and pain pills 
pain goes away so i can sleep    i am very tired from medicine
no work til friday unless i dont feel upto it
plan on sleep alot for two days.

voting in November 2010

I surprisingly didnt have to stand in line for hours like last year.
the weather was 50ish and sunny.
The people were pleasant.

Fall Rain

I dont like cold rain    prefer cold or snow.

Japanese Stink Bugs....

Well as we were staining our deck we might have found something....
the stain and stink bugs dont get along    they appear to be dying from being in contact with it
I used a brand called Cabot's.

I pulled out the a/c units and started my preparation for Fall.
Will mow yard one more time
Side note... really sick of the rain already

Flu aftermath 10/4/2010

Well as i am feeling better and thinking the flu might be gone  (except month long cough after)
I wonder if im getting sick again or have bronchitis as i started sneezing and throat semi hurts now.
perhaps my immune system isnt upto par yet.
I did get the flu shot and no im not thinking its the cause.

hiking with son

I took my youngest son to Fort Idiantown Gap today and we did the three mile loop around the lake.
We saw squirrels and chipmunks, ducks and at least one canadian goose.
We saw some fish   perhaps small mouth bass   hard to tell from bridge over the dam
didnt see any large turtles  :*(
alot of people were out with their family and pets  
weather was great  

September Flu 2010

Blah!
it sucks  avoid if possible
symptoms are as followed....
scratchy throat which develops into sore throat ( throat and orange juice dont agree at this point )
experienced days 1-3

stuffy, sneezing and coughing     recommend beginning assault with 12 hour mucinex (without pseudophedrine)    
experienced days 4- ?

lack of sleep if taken with pseudophedrine and caffeine    Grrrrrrrr

miss at least a day or so of work  

constantly tired

did i mention cold sweats and mild fevers?
